The Ninoy Aquino Library and Learning Resources Center (NALLRC) is the university athenaeum of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Numerous venues are located inside the building and it is the home of the University Library. The College of Law and Information Science of the College of Arts are located within the building. NALRC is also the home of the ICT Center and the Open University.
