Santa Isabel College is an Archdiocesan School located in Taft Ave. in Manila, administered by the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul.

Santa Isabel College was founded as Colegio de Santa Isabel on October 24, 1632 with the primary purpose of educating Spanish orphans, daughters of the Spanish soldiers in the service of the Spanish King. In later years, Filipino girls were also accepted. Since its reopening after the World War II, the school started admitting male students as well.

Santa Isabel College offers education programs to pre-elementary, elementary, secondary and college students.
