East Croydon railway station is located on the Brighton Main Line in the large suburban town of Croydon. It is the busiest national rail station in Outer London. There are 6 platforms, with trains running northbound to London Victoria and London Bridge. They also head southbound to a variety of places in Sussex including Brighton. On the forecourt there is interchange with the Croydon Tramlink
