Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management is the youngest university unit. Study Department for Tourism of Faculty of Marine Studies in Kotor was the backbone of the newly founded Faculty, which the first generation of students entered in 1999/2000. The needs of tourist industry, as the primary branch in the development of Montenegro, conditioned the opening of the Faculty with the aim of educating specialized personnel for this kind of activities i.e. managers for tourism and managers for hotel industry.
The Faculty began its work in the building of the Faculty of Marine Studi es, and in 2001 it was moved into the premises in a wonderful building of the former municipality building in the Old City.
For doing practical training and offering services to tourists as well as participants of scientific and other meetings, the Faculty has the Hotel “Vardar” in the Old City at its disposal (three star hotel, 33 rooms), while the Faculty building has a hall for scientific and professional meetings with 120 places.



Undergraduate Studies
Four year basic studies are organized at two departments at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management:

- Department of Tourism
- Department for Hotel Managment.
