Shea's Castle

Built by Richard Peter Shea in 1924, the property was taken over by the bank after the stock market crash and hosted a variety of interesting tenants, including Roy Rogers, over a 50 year period. Scenes from various movies and TV shows have been shot here including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Airwolf, and Blood of Dracula's Castle.

  • When I was a kid my dad would attend shooting matches there ,he was an LA county sheriff's deputy,we would all go there ,eight kids in our family,what fun memories I have..! The castle was so much fun to explore..this was in the very early 60's....
