Built by Richard Peter Shea in 1924, the property was taken over by the bank after the stock market crash and hosted a variety of interesting tenants, including Roy Rogers, over a 50 year period. Scenes from various movies and TV shows have been shot here including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Airwolf, and Blood of Dracula's Castle.
