This is the headquarters of Bank Simpanan Nasional (English: National Savings Bank). It is the government owned bank in Malaysia.     The call centre staff , mostly all are extremely rude. Probably the CEO never send them for customer service training , and CEO only focused in making money and feeling comfortable with his position and his monthly earning.
