Twelve storey, 118,996 sq. ft., office building constructed in 1964 as headquarters for Waterloo Trust. Waterloo Trust was acquired by Canada Trust in 1968 and the building served as Canada Trust's regional headquarters until the bank moved to King and Ontario Streets in 1992. It was built by Toronto development company Yolles & Rotenberg Ltd. (later Y&R Properties) and designed by architectural firm Webb Zerafa Menkes (today WZMH Architects), also of Toronto. The trust company used the first four floors. Atop the building a 25-ton neon sign displayed the words Waterloo Trust in four directions with letters that were almost two metres high. Waterloo Trust got started in 1913 in Waterloo as the Waterloo County Loan & Savings Co. It opened a downtown Kitchener branch on Aug. 4, 1914, the same day Canada entered the First World War, and in 1922 opened a head office (since demolished) at King and Ontario Streets in Kitchener.

Acquired by Perimeter Development Corp. in 2013 the property was renovated in 2014.
