201-foot, 20-story senior-living residential building completed in 1981. Designed by Gruzen & Partners, who also designed the surrounding Southbridge Towers complex, for Trinity Church Wall Street. The tower is clad in brown brick (up to the 5th floor) and tan brick (above the 5th floor) over a concrete ground floor, with concrete band courses between floors. There are setbacks above the 13th floor on the southeast and northwest corners. The building contains 251 residential units, and also has a low 2-story wing extending out along Fulton Street, with a thrift store and cafeteria.
