5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1882, when three earlier structures from the 1840s that were built as townhomes were joined and renovated to create a tenement building. Storefronts were also installed on the ground level (two are painted white, and one is red). The upper floors are clad in red brick, and each of the three joined facades has three bays of windows with stone sills and lintels. The facade on the left only rises 4 floors, and has had a 4-paned studio window installed on the top floor, with white-painted wooden mullions. Various star- and diamond-shaped iron tie-back rods. Each rooftop is capped by a brick parapet with stone coping. A black iron fire escape runs down the two adjoining bays of the left and center facades. The ground floor is occupied by Seaport Jewelry Exchange Ltd., Red & Blue NY Inc., Calderon Locksmith, a newsstand, and Strawberry Fields frozen yogurt.
