6-story office building originally completed in the 1890s. It was resurfaced in 1930 with grey-painted smooth stucco above a ground-floor storefront. The upper floors have four bays of windows, some of which retain their segmental-arched tops while other are square-headed. All the windows above the 2nd floor have projecting sills with corbelled feet. The roof line is marked by a simple parapet with stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Dunkin' Donuts, and the 2nd floor by Nassau St. Dental, which has a large sign across the top of that floor.
