3-story commercial building completed in 1909. Designed by W.D. Hunter as a restaurant and store, only the crowning parapet retains its original Beaux-Arts appearance. It is clad in beige brick, with a bracket on each end supporting a lantern that projects above the roof line. The center of the parapet steps up with a concave and convex angle to a triangular pediment that crowns the whole composition. Above a ground-floor storefront, the top two floors have been recovered with silver metal panels cut by a large diagonal window stripe stretching across both floors, angling up from right to left. There are also two small rectangular windows on the right side of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by a gift shop.
