6-story residential building completed in 1909 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by James E. Ware & Sons, its ground floor has been altered, and contains a storefront on the right, with the entrance on the left. The upper floors have red brick outer piers framing three slightly recessed bays that culminate in a segmental-arch at the top floor. The windows are separated by narrow metal mullions, and there are black metal spandrels between floors, each with three decorative stamped rosettes. There is a cartouche-like stone ornament near the top of both piers. A black iron fire escape spans the full three bays, and the top of the building is marked by a brick parapet that is slightly stepped-up at the ends. The ground floor is occupied by Cafe Tomato.
