5-story commercial building completed in 1875. The facade is clad in white-painted brownstone. The ground floor has plate-glass infill with a glass door at the center. The 2nd-3rd floors are fronted by a 2-story expanse of glass between projecting end piers; behind can be seen mezzanine balcony and staircase connecting the two floors. The top two floors have two bays of narrow double-windows with bracketed stone sills and stone surrounds with metal cornices. The facade is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with console brackets, dentils, and panels.

For many years, the building was occupied by the Wally Findlay Galleries, founded in 1870, with five floors of exhibition space spread over 8,800 square feet. The gallery moved out in 2015, and is now located at 724 Fifth Avenue. The ground floor is now occupied by Dunkin'.
