Graduate of A.B. at Ateneo Municipal, 1894, and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas, 1902.
Wrote for the Republica Filipina, La Independencia and La Patria.
Councilor of Patnugutan, Manila and Revista Filipina de Medicina y Farmacia.
Councilor, Colegio Medico-Farmaceutico, Asamblea de Medicos y Farmaceuticos of the Philippines and Department of Health.
One of those who established the Liga Nacional Filipina for the protection of the infants and La Gota De Leche.
Given Silver Medals by the Louisiana Purchase Exposition and Panama Pacific International Exposition.
Died, January 4, 1919.
