  • Constructed in 1976, this unique May Company property features terraced parking, as well as concealment of all storage and operations areas in the curved portions of the structure. The only instance of publically-visible arc wall on the sales floor is in the upper level men's clothing department. The executive offices also make creative use of the exterior shape. Outdoor lighting is mercury vapor in turrets casting triangular washes on the corduroy natural cast concrete exterior walls.
