    Hello friends, i have been a victim of Expat Properties LAND FRAUD SCAM. The Expat group so called big group offers land in Raigad on installments DO NOT ANY BUY LAND FROM EXPAT GROUP. They are actually duping you of your money, all the land they have to offer are in litigation. In fact they do not own the land that they are offering. By the time you pay all the installments the land would have changed hands multiple times and you will end up with NO PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF LAND.Because they donot have any, the farmers are still free to sell their land to anybody. The land they sold me (on installments) did not belong to them and they donot allow any interaction with the original land owner , if he is really ready to sell his land or not More so you will be threatened with litigation and would be told to forget your money.
