3-story mercantile building originally completed in the mid-1800s. The original facade was probably of brick, but has been covered over in smooth stucco and wood, painted beige. There are large show windows on the 2nd floor, and four smaller windows in the attic floor with its triangular peaked roof and interesting cornice.

The ground floor is occupied by Name Brand Overstock Global Discount store, and Baba Ghanouge health food restaurant, with the upper floors occupied by Lucille Roberts Fitness for Women. The rear facade on Ann Street is windowless, faced in plain beige concrete and stone. The only ornament is the modillioned roof cornice, which rises up higher on the west end.
