2-story mercantile building completed in sometime in the mid-late 1800s as a taller (4 or 5-story) store-and-loft building. Around the turn of the 20th century, the top floors were removed and a new brick facade installed on both Fulton and Ann Streets,over a cast-iron storefront, both painted white, with a large panel of brown-painted brick above the 2nd floor's studio windows. The ground floor on Ann Street was later altered again, with a black stone, metal and glass storefront. There is a stone coping on the roof parapet, which is slightly stepped-up at the ends. The ground floor is occupied by The Bread Factory Cafe, with the 2nd floor occupied by Papaya Spa.
