178-foot, 15-story residential building originally completed in 1906 as a 7-story store-and-loft building. Designed by Henry Allen, the original lower half of the building is clad in stone above a modernized storefront. The facade has a wide center bay flanked by a narrower bay on each side. The windows are slightly recessed, and a cornice runs across the tops of the 2nd & 6th floors. Dividing the three bays are two slender, rounded stone columns that run from the 3rd to the 6th floors. The 7th floor is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The rear facade facing Ann Street has the same design, and features Henry Allen's name carved in the stone panel above the ground floor.

The building was expanded to 15 floors in a 2007 renovation and addition designed by Hustvedt-Cutler. The contemporary-styled top floors are set back from the building line. The narrow front facade is clad in metal and glass, with projecting balconies with glass railings on its left side. The east and west-facing side walls are light-grey masonry pierced by a few columns of widely-spaced windows. The top-floor is further set back and clad in masonry on all four sides. The ground floor on Fulton Street is occupied by Spring Nail Spa NY.
