  • To: Mitsubishi Automobiles of Japan, to whom it concerns. From: Tom Jarvis Subject: Recall of vehicles Hello, I am sorry that I have to write this letter, but I need help in getting this problem solved, and you or a section you know of I believe can do that. I am the proud owner of a Mitsubishi Town Box, now do not laugh yet. I have owned this van for about 10 years and I love it. I have three cars but I seem to make this one my primary car I drive every day. I take care of this car; I change the oil every 6 months with only the best of oils. I change my other fluids every year. This van has leather seats, a 5 speed gear box and not one scratch on the paint, how many people can say that about a car that is 10 years old? From the first time I ever started driving ( I am now 70 years old ) I was taught that every time you fill up your car with gas you change your odometer back to 0, this way you are able to see how many Km you are getting to a liter of fuel. If you see a big change then something is wrong. Maybe spark plugs, air filter or whatever. But something needs to be looked at. Then again this only happens slowly over time. My problem is that my car was recalled last month for fear of catching on fire. I took it into the dealer here in Okinawa Japan in Okinawa City and they made the changed needed. Then reset my computer and changed my manifold. That’s fine and they gave me a loan car and was very nice about it. Then as soon as I drove it away, I went to the gas station and filled it up. After I ran the first tank of gas to empty I was shocked, the mileage was very poor. Ok, So I am thinking maybe it takes time for everything they did to set it, so I ran another tank to empty and again no change. I am getting 8 Km to a liter of gas that is really bad for a K-car with a 660cc engine. I also own a Benz and I am getting 11 Km to a liter in town with it, and it has a much bigger engine and a heavier body. This 660 something is wrong. I took it back three times and they said they made calls and the changes they made should not have done anything to the mileage. Well it did and I am not very happy about this. I need this repaired If you need more information on my van and the recall number contact me and I will provide it ti you. Thank you for reading this letter Tom Jarvis tdjj@hotmail.com Okinawa Japam

  • As a former Corporate Executive Secretary for Japan Tobacco & Salt, in the New York City's Branch on Park Ave....I never would have dreamed that a Japanese company would become involved, in such ugly political bias...You bring shame to your country and culture by siding with a Left-wing agenda by removing your ads on the Laura Ingram show. The left and democratic parties are against everything that America stands for... Please, do not put your company's name and culture in that category. I seriously hope that whoever is in charge of this FB Page, brings this matter to the Main Headquarters in Japan to let them know their reputation is being tarnish and disrespected by doing such an act. I personally will be writing to my former Employers to let them know of this shameful act against our American consumers who support our President and Ms. Ingraham. This is an all time low, as far as I'm concerned. Shame on you!!
  • Your company should not be listening to a child who is being paid by people who are trying to sway governments all over the world. Will losing many future customers due to bias against adult, conservative Americans be worth listening to a 17 year old? I , and many others will not do business with any companies who are against free speech which is what you are doing. #ISTANDWITHLAURA
  • I have had my Mitsubishi Galant since 2008. I currently have slightly over 200K miles and still love it. I would like to buy another Mitsubishi Galant, but found that they no longer make them - Sadly. I recommend Mitsubishi to all!
  • I own a new Mitsubishi Xpander which I purchased in Indonesia. I am very surprised how reflections of the dashboard and air vents appear in the wing mirrors. This is a real safety issue since these reflections interfere with the ability for the driver to see traffic outside the car clearly. Surely, Mitsubishi designers should have tested the view presented by these mirrors. This is especially bad at night. A really bad design !
