Fr. Seraphin Devesse Building (Baguio)

The academic building that is dedicated to Fr. Seraphin Devesse, the founder of SLU, which houses the School of Accountancy and Business Management (formerly College of Accountancy and Commerce) and various offices.

Comprising of four storeys and seven basements or a total of 11 floors with one mezzanine at the fourth floor, the U-shaped building also houses the administrative offices, employees’ and visitors’ lounge, classrooms, library, and, hotel and restaurant mock rooms for the HTM department.

It also has canteens, conference hall, audio-visual room, and various laboratories for computers-speech-HTM students, including offices for the various student services such as accounting, registrar, student affairs, parish, medical, dental, and guidance.
