These four buildings are officially called 1-4 Empire State Plaza (this one is 1 Empire State Plaza). They house New York State government agencies. Each one is 310 feet (94 meters) tall and has 23 stories. The buildings were completed in 1973. They are tied at being Albany's third tallest skyscraper.
