The Governor Nelson A Rockefeller Empire State Plaza is a complex of buildings in downtown Albany that is home to several New York State Agencies. The Plaza is made up of 10 buildings on top of a six story platform. Because the plaza is built on a hill most of the platform is underground and only the east side of the platform is fully exposed. The platform contains a multilevel parking garage and a concourse with several shops and restaurants. The concourse connects all of the plaza buildings and also connects the plaza to the State Capital Building located directly to the north of the Plaza and the Cultural Education Center to the south.

Robert Abrams Building for Law and Justice
Legislative Office Building
Cultural Education Center (this building does not sit on the main platform)
