At first the building was Component of two stories that was in 1954,one more level was added later to this building in 1957, after the new additions it turned to a modern building ,the new car ramp which leads to the main entrance confirm this impression . so most likely that the new additions were designed by architectural Fouad Abdel Meguid, it was burned 28-1-2011
