  • Traffic is very bad over there because of the added jeepney terminal and tricycle terminal located at that mall, very very bad traffic Pedestrians cannot cross very well because of these added terminals which are protected by the BTMO Binan Traffic Management Office and LTMO Laguna Traffic Management Office officials and enforcers as well and protected by some Local Government Officials like Barangay Captain Ronel Reyes and his Councilors there, and there are so many holduppers and pickpockets and snatchers remaining scot-free and they prey on victims on that area.
