  • paliwan is one of the progressive barangays of the municipality of bugasong, popular for its sea resorts and barangay fiesta celebration. it is the westernmost portion of the circumferential roads of bugasong, providing a refreshing drive from the poblacion to the northerly direction, then to the west, then to the south and finally going east back to the poblacion and vice-versa. in one of its fiestas about thirty years ago, disco in the barangay started to become popular. greetings to the vista and arnaiz family.
