The new Calamba City Hall is a 4-storey building excluding the penthouse.
It has approximately 9,000 sq.m. of floor area.
Its basement was designed to accommodate both private and public establishments on a rental basis. Even the Philippine National Police Detachment Office was provided with enough space at the lower ground floor.
It is now fully occupied by departments and some of the Regional Offices.

History:
2001 Started construction utilized through bank loan from the Land Bank of the Philippines to finance the 600 million budgets for the building.
Aug 16, 2005 Inaugurated the building which was in time with the birthday of the City Mayor
2006 The Office of the Ombudsman for Luzon started holding office.
