The new Calamba City Hall is a 4-storey building excluding the penthouse.
It has approximately 9,000 sq.m. of floor area.
Its basement was designed to accommodate both private and public establishments on a rental basis. Even the Philippine National Police Detachment Office was provided with enough space at the lower ground floor.
It is now fully occupied by departments and some of the Regional Offices.
