Former Fort Wayne Pennsylvania Railroad Station was designed c. 1914 in the Beaux Arts/American Craftsman style by George B. Swift & Co. The station served as a stop on Amtrak's Broadway Limited and Capitol Limited routes until November 1990. Today, the station is used for offices and a banquet facility. The station is also currently under consideration to be a stop on a new Midwest high-speed rail corridor.

The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
