Situated on the Hadagali Road, the only English Medium School to serving students of the rural community in english langauge for over 25 years (parhaps even more) (I studied there from ~1980-1985). This school was built in the name of Raja Somashekara Nayaka, king who ruled the place of harapanahalli and its surroundings for more than a decade.
The school functions also in Kannada medium (since 1991) and attracts faculties from various branches to provide good quality education.
