The R43 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects the Die Dam south of Gansbaai with Ceres via Hermanus and Worcester. It is co-signed with the N2 between Botrivier and at Langhoogte Pass west of Caledon for nine kilometres. Plans are to extend the route to L'Agulhas southward from Gansbaai.
