Chaussée de Waterloo / Waterloosesteenweg (City of Brussels)


Chaussée de Waterloo (Dutch: Waterloosesteenweg or Waterlosesteenweg) is a long avenue in Brussels.
It begins at the Porte de Hal in the commune of Saint-Gilles, continues a course towards the south-east until the Bascule, then turns towards the south in the direction of Waterloo, where it changes name to become the chaussée de Bruxelles and continues in the direction of Genappe and Charleroi to the regional border. Its length is 12.4 kilometers and its width between 15m and 18m.
