Naberezhne shose (Kyiv)

Naberezhne shose ('Embankment' highway) is a street in the Pecherskyi Raion (district) in Kyiv.
It runs along the Dnipro (Dnieper) river, and leads to the Poshtova Square, to the Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard and the Paton Bridge.

The construction of the first part of the highway dates back to 19th-20th centuries.
The Pedestrian bridge, the Metro bridge have accesses to the highway.
The current name was attributed to the highway in 1850, while reconstructing the way from the Podol district across the Dnipro (Dnieper) river.
Naberezhne shose was reconstructed in 1930s, 1950s, and 1980s.

On the Naberezhne highway there is the Murakami restaurant and the River Palace casino.
