Route 3
Route 3 is a national route of Uruguay. In 1975, it was named the General José Artigas highway in honor of the national hero of Uruguay. Measuring some 592 km (368 mi), it is one of the important north-south highways traversing the country from Rafael Perazza to Bella Unión in the extreme northwest.
