An amazing engineering feat for when it was built, it has a wonderful view during clear days.

Spectacular road, California State Highway 18, 101 miles long, running along the edge of the San Bernardino Mountain Range - an incredible engineering feat back in 1915 and provides wonderful views of Riverside County and down to Orange County on clearer days.

Goes through the San Bernadino National Forest to/past Crestline, Running Springs, Blue Jay, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear.
Drive carefully - the views are guaranteed to distract you! There are lots of parking places to stop and look.
