Maybe MHibbs or one of our other resident ship geeks can verify this for me, but I think this is one of the three Japanese midget subs found on Kiska after the Allies recaptured the island in 1943.

- The area matches that from the photos and the object visible is about 20 meters long. Type A midget subs were 23 meters (78 feet) long. I think that it's highly probable that this object may be a Jap Sub.

Quiet artistic, yes you are right, nothing to do with the tag. I remember coming across other tags with artictic polygons. At least these are nice ones. Actually that leads me to think what if other rude or awful polygons appeared with a tag? As far as I know, polygons can't be deleted.
