I agree its presence in the map is intriguing, but I have seen so many in my time in Wikimapia that the novelty has wore off! |

Very interesting, thank you saturner for posting this.
A bit cramp for my liking. I guess I like to be an earthling among our green and open spaces. |

| -17.9247917 / 25.8555293 One of the Wonders of the World. I count myself fortunate to have visited here twice. The first time a mortar round from across the river hit a nearby campground the day after I left. The second time I was there with my parents. |

Glad you liked it. Please try this:
Kaleidoscope.....beautiful!!! This is really incredible! It is truly amazing that someone could not only create this, but make it to change when you move your mouse / cursor. It's real computer technology and, if you like, you can just sit back and let it change by itself. Either way it is awesome!!! Very nice, and pure genius! ALSO, IF YOU PUT YOUR CURSOR RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, IT IS TRULY AMAZING. Be sure to run your mouse over the screen slowly Click here: inoyan.narod.ru/kaleidoskop.swf |

Fish Out of Water An aerial view shows a natural art creation bridging the border between Poland and Ukraine on Aug. 23, 2011. The land-bound fish is the work of Polish artist Jaroslaw Koziara, who planted different types of vegetation to create the image. |

| Member Akubhatta is back safely. Excessive snow and avalanche danger stopped the climb at Camp II. They made it up a nearby peak instead. |

I'd love to label it but the numbers after the US aren't 100% legible and (being ex-military myself) I'd hate to get it wrong.
If anyone knows for sure, please feel free to tag it. |

| Unusual facility at 28.4978093N, 77.17773E. If someone would do me the favor of tagging it? And if someone from India could tell us what it was? My guess from family and personal experience is that it is a government research reactor. |
