MAYILIVEFOREVER is a young child bent on adding erroneous items, modifying tags, removing, deleting information wrongly.
His behaviour has remained such since I have begun participating to Wikimapia.
His edits for today:

Renaming a bar called Lava Lounge into Sheffield Travel Centre and amending the item's description.
He then created an polygon item with the first item's name and inserted the erroneous address.

MAYILIVEFOREVER has also been known for adding non-existent items such as an imaginary refuse plant an admin ultimately removed following checks on the validity of the contribution.
This is just one trivial problem but half my time on WM seems to be looking this chap's contributions literally to see if he's done something stupid. None of his work is research or referenced and can easily be proved wrong using Google maps or Ordinance Survey maps.
I don't "want" to have to misjudge the character but most if not all his edits are disruptive.

| I agree with everything Meersbrook listed about MAYILIVEFOREVER. This is somebody I strongly suspect is a clone of a certain banned user. He is clever enough to change IP every time his account was banned. Looks like he is doing it again just like all his previous banned accounts, making things up. |

If we are referring to GeorgeGriffith, then there is no point limiting him. I'd recommend banning him outright.
If he resurfaces again under another pseudonym, and the actions are the hallmark of GG, then these subsequent accounts should also be put to sleep.

He tags places that George did. Same style, exactly. Screws up other user's tags.
But his original account, "GeorgeGriffith", has never been banned. He just gave it up.
Why? I don't know. But as RK said, "I've just about had it with that knave..." |

If he has the ability to alter his IP address, then how can he be effectively and permanently removed? Assuming that he changes his M.O. he could come back in, just under the radar. So to speak.

That is what he does. But a leopard cannot change his spots, and George cannot keep under the radar for long. He keeps screwing up. |
