We must aim to keep the articles brief but with only the most useful information available. Remember, we can create more in-depth articles and have them cross-linked to the relevant section here; there is no need to cram everything here. Also, if you are not an Advanced User and you are not familiar with Wiki-formatting please notify a Documentor with the aforementioned credentials. RK77 13:49, 27 March 2012 (PDT)

I think this article should only contain brief synopses of relevant features. We should then proceed to create separate articles with detailed descriptions and have them cross-linked to this article. This method is consistent with a typical Wiki system. RK77 14:14, 27 March 2012 (PDT)

Agreed, I have also started to keep it brief. ZacharyKent 06:39, 29 March 2012 (PDT)

I certainly agree with the logic of keeping things succinct in the earlier/higher articles. However, I also strongly feel that at some point there should be something close to a step-by-step guide to creating a polygon for first time for users who are perhaps reading this before attempting their first ever polygon. It should then at the least be linked to here. Of course, the best aid might be a short video film on the basis that a picture speaks a thousand words ?--John832 11:18, 29 March 2012 (PDT)

If an object is described in Wikipedia and/or in many guidebooks/encyclopedias, description can be short. In other case description should be detailed, more than two-three sentences. If in Wikimapia there will be a unique information on objects is it will be very good. Rodor 23:55, 12 May 2012 (PDT)
