  • We are resident of Tarlac City and patronizing Robinson's Luisita Mall - Tarlac City. I authorized my wife to claim my Robinson's mall via e-mail with attached signed ID. Robinson's Luisita Mall employee refused to honor my e-mail & required my wife to have the e-mail signed. Now I just send today 29 Sept 2016 tthe same e-mail & SIGNED IT! I hope the employee of Robinson's Luisita Mall will honor it as the Reward points according to them will expire by 30th Sept. 2016. Greg
