Pinjroin is a beautiful village close to the river Son. The village is surrounded by dense trees and gardens giving it a panoramic view. It boasts multi-cultural society with example of harmonious relation among Hindus and Muslims. There are 4 big temples (Ram Sita-Shiv temple located near Ramanuj Mishra house, Chandi baba temple located beside canal, Shiv temple located near Bhola Shah house, and a temple in Harijan Toli).

The village hosted a Cricket tournament in 1981 (approx.) in which 8 famous cricket teams of that area participated which included Cricket team of Pinjroin, Azimabaad, Pawana and Paali. It was quite a grant event including live commentory.
