These are the rough boundaries of the Pinebrook neighborhood, which bridges the gap between Downtown and the affluent Green Ridge neighborhood in the Electric City's north side. Pinebrook has been a haven for crime in the city for a number of years, but the addition of the impending Commonwealth Medical College in the area may spur economic revitalization. It is also home to the Penn Paper Building, which can be seen in the opening credits of the hit NBC sitcom, "The Office," which is set in Scranton.
