A bronze monument to the Voronezh poet Ivan Sa v v ich Nikitin, who wrote about the poor fate of the city inhabitants.
Also, this poet wrote the verses which later became text for a very famous Russian song 'Yehal na yarmarku ukhar kupiets' (A slashing fellow the merchant was going to a fair - Ехал на ярмарку ухарь-купец).
