  • The Portsea Hotel has awful room, awful service - the food however was alright. This Place is NOT recommended at all. Unless you want to be treated badly by all the staff, stay away. Treating patrons badly seems to be the Customer Service policy of this place.
  • The Portsea Pub is terrible. They lost our booking, made us prove that a deposit was taken and then made us prove that the deposit was not returned. Shocking place!!!!! Stay anywhere but here!!!!!!!!!!
