Once upon a time there was a tunnel entrance located here. Where it went or it's purpose, i do not know. I don't even know where you can locate information on it.

At one time, it was told to me, that there were four entrances to tunnels that went under Ocean Blvd and connected a series of underground shopping areas that ran the breadth of Ocean Blvd towards "The Pike". I do not know.

I do know that there was an entrance to some tunnels that could be reached from the sub-sub-basement of the building where there was a Sports Bar north of Alta Way alley on Linden Street north of First Street.
