Modern cement kiln installed in 2004. Rawmix enters the precalciner tower on the right, and is sintered to clinker in the kiln, then cooled in the cooler on the left. This kiln replaced a less-efficient wet process kiln situated at the north end of the site. It makes around 2300 tonnes of clinker per day.
