  • I AM BELONG THIS PLACE IT IS MY BRITH PLACE SO I KNOW ABOUT ALL HISTORY OF THE PLACE IT VERRY DEFENCIVE PLACE COZ HERE A CAD CAMP & MY PAPA WAS WORIED THERE AS CLERK IN THIS AREA TWO TEMPLE ONE IS BHARAV BABA & HANUMAN JI MANDIR TWO BIG MOUNTAINOUS ARE HERE , ONE FAMOUS REVER FOLLOWING NEAR THE VILLAGE THIS PLACE ARE CAME IN TO A WARDHA DISTRIC . WARDHA IS THE POPULAR FOR THE GANDHI ASHARAM. AS A EDUCATION SO MANY COLLEGE ARE HERE ONE CBSE BOAED FOR THE MILLITARY FAMILY STUDENT, IT IS VERRY SECURED PLACE BUT NOW A DAYS IT IS TOURBLE FOR UNEMPLLOYMENT PROLEM SO MANY STUDENT SEARCHING A JIBS OYT OF CITY, SO IT IS NICE PLACE COZ I AM THERE.   • This is a good place, world's one of the biggest Ammunition Depots, CAD camp with the area of around >30 KM in perimeter and still expanding towards the villages behind it. Also, becoming India's "largest" military-civil camp with almost all kinds of Facilities & securities monitoring this area 24X7. A few years back, it used to be a very nice place to visit, easily accessible for Picnics, get togethers and some spiritual activities at "Bhairav Baba Temple" at d base of one of the three hills in the nearby area, beautiful lakes, great cool environment with greenary everywhere, one theater "The Garrison", two schools, Labor Camp & Central School & what not, more than good enough for a small town....It was a place of minimal risk until around 1999-2000, before 9-11 attack & after that the attack on "Sansad Bhavan", and some Terrorists found in this area, resulting the tightening in the Securities upto a very high extent and stopping all the activities & entertainments....& that was the actual ending of this area being out of focus for the people in the Pulgaon Town. Pulgaon,whereas a small town but one of the major activity centers in Wardha district, after Wardha & Hinganghat, with the population of >45000, but still could not receive the "Tahsil" Status because of the Politics in area & this CAD camp, even is not easily identifiable through most of the maps. It is a t the bank of the Wardha river and easily accessible to three districts, Wardha, Amaravati & Yavatmal. Two companies in the town, Shri Krushna Industries' Cotton Mills erstwhile PCM & the Vidarbha Phosphates. Nachangaon & Gunjkheda being the two major adjacent villages, connected to Pulgaon town with all the businesses & activities relying on it, making this area bigger than it is said, with a few others villages nearby coming behind. So many temples, "Panchadhara", so on. "Pulgaon Cotton Mills", founded in 1890 by British, is an ancient industry in the central India, serving its 113 yrs of service, was closed by the State Government in Mar '2003, putting almost >2000 families in a big trouble, loosing the major source of income for the people in town & surrounding areas. The Ganesh Festival in PCM was the biggest in Vidarbha region and the most famous one, is now stopped or is not being offered anymore like the one it used to be. That was the real charm & entertainment in the town. Under the high pressure of the "Builder Lobby", Maharashtra Govt closed 11 Mills in the State, and PCM was one of them, leaving bad impacts on minds & scars on the souls of the people in the state.

  • This most peaceful place , i m belong from pulgaon and the spend my most memorable time in pulgaon camp , just like my first school trip to BHARAV BABA MANDIR and Hanuman Mandir... so thts why say that cad camp pulgaon is most beautiful and peaceful palce i ever vist
  • cad pulgaon is very beautiful area it cover by forest and hills there are three hills in area 8 april is birthday of cad pulgaon the big function is celebrated here and i enjoy very year i am also mis bhairav baba temple this is very nice place
  • what to say about CAD Pulgaon......??? Don't have word to say about it...actually am working with MES(military engineering services) which is doing constructions for CAD....the most peaceful place, We have proud that asias second largest CENTRA AMMUNITION DEPOT is in our town PULGAON...
  • I am from pulgaon.Really there have no words to say about cad pulgaon.its really most beutiful area in pulgaon.there is beutiful place like bhairav baba mandir,buddha vihar,Majid,gurudvara,church this is very beutiful place to see.
  • HeLlo I sammayk meshram . I live in pulgaon near cad . Cad Is so famous here. I have no word for it . The buddha temple , hanuman Temple , church $ etc is very very famous here $ gandi chok ka garden is to to to famous here I daily visit there.
