Constructed in 1907 this house is two stories with an adjacent garage and small yards defined by a chain link fence. There is very little if any historical. Information available that I was able to find besides when it was constructed. Today it sits abandoned and all but forgotten. The paint peeling and windows breaking one by one. It seems to me to be the loneliest building on the campus.
