The Nurses Education Building was constructed in 1926.

It is accurate that this building was originally built in 1926; however, it has served a number of roles in the intervening decades. Its original purpose was to house the administrative offices of Rancho Los Amigos. Those offices and their administrative duties have been moved up north of Imperial Hwy like everything else and today it appears this building is used mostly by LA County Sheriff deputies, and evidently some kind of nurses educational program. It is fenced off from both the outside world and the rest of the asylum.
